I was going to see The Forbidden City of Beijing. On my way there, I decided to take a video of the city and show it to you. The tourist guide said that there are Chinese people everywhere! He said that in China, there are about 1,400 MILLIONS of Chinese people. China has 32 provinces, 3000 representatives and it is a communist country.

About Real Estate
I like to congratulate my buyer Paul that just got his first home! We close escrow in Temecula! Beautiful home of 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2400 sqft, built in 1998! This is a young fellow of only 21 year old. He is in the military. I met him at my Taekwondo classes. Thank you Paul for depositing your trust in me! Congratulations again!
I have now Wilken to close hopefully this week. This is 3 bedrooms, 2 baths house in Garden Grove CA. I like to appreciate the owners for letting me represent them. I know they are so far very, very satisfied with the transaction!

Forbidden City (Palace Museum
Terra-cota, El Emperador construyo su tumba en una ciudad subterranea, porque los chinos como los egipcios, creian que despues de la muerte hiban a tener otra vida. Tuvo mas de 120,000 gentes contruyendo su tumba por un periodo de 37 anos. Contruyo cerca de 6,000 guerreros de tierra de tamano normal para que cuidaran su tumba despues de la muerte. Cada trabajador que estuvo en la obra era matado y enterrado para que no revelara a nadie los planes del Emperador. En 1974, un campesino del area, que todavia vive y ahora tiene 72 anos de edad, descubrio estas reliquias de mas de 2021 ano de antigua. El campesino esta en el museo todavia todos los dias saludando a la gente. Una foto de el esta incluida.

May, 18th 2011 The Great Wall walk.

China Trip
Did you know that in China people are only allowed to have one child? If they have more than one, they would have to pay a $50,000 fine! If they are residents from Benjing, they are allowed to buy only one car, otherwise, can’t buy any! Also, did you know that the price of housing is so expensive, its like $15,000 square meter! A two bedroom, two baths condo can cost about $600,000.

Going To China! Exciting!
I am going to rest for a while before I leave to go to the airport on my way to China. I am going to be there for 2 weeks.
There is a 15 hour time difference in time from LA to China, that means that when it is 9pm in LA it is 12 pm the next day in China.
I will be checking my e-mails, voice mail, and returning phone calls during the night time, as soon as I get to the hotel every night.
I will try to keep you posted with my daily adventure.
I have 4 escrows to close this month while I am gone.

-Cris Ave., I have the listing. It is a short sale. We should be closing on Tuesday.-Cris Ave., I also have the buyer. Hopefully we get loan docs Monday.
Property may go tino foreclosure on Wednesday, If I don't close or get to get an extension!

Termite Inspection is ordered. That is what buyer has been waiting for to get the final loan approval.
Via Arias, I have the buyer. We should be getting loan docs and closing escrow next week.
If everything goes well, I will close $1.3 Million this month,
while I am traveling in China.
