I had to wire a second lien holder funds before 4:00 p.m. or the loan was going to be sold.
At 3:00 p.m. The Title company called saying that the wire was rejected because too many wirings came in at the same time and mine did not go thru, At 4:01 the Negotiator was desperate asking for the funds;
the owner of the escrow office was at the bank buying a cashier check to deposit funds in the lenders account to make it on time.
Escrow officer calls and says that the short lender account is blocked!
No money was been accepted.
"WHAT DO WE DO"?
"MONEY HAS TO BE THERE OR THE DEAL IS DEAD"!
Short sale Negotiator finally responds the telephone, even though the offices were already closed in Miami.

She stayed after business hours to stop the transfer of the loan.
We did it ! .. We were late, but we did it !
We almost lost the sale.
We worked on this short sale for 6 months!
Thank God, We made it.
I had represented the buyer and the seller!
It was worth it.
