May, 18th 2011 The Great Wall walk.
This construction lasted more then 2,000 years to be built. A lot of people died building it. It runs more then 5,500 Kilometers from East to West. The Great Wall is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. This great construction represent for the Chinese nation persistence and bravery.

China Trip
Did you know that in China people are only allowed to have one child? If they have more than one, they would have to pay a $50,000 fine! If they are residents from Benjing, they are allowed to buy only one car, otherwise, can’t buy any! Also, did you know that the price of housing is so expensive, its like $15,000 square meter! A two bedroom, two baths condo can cost about $600,000.

Going To China! Exciting!
I am going to rest for a while before I leave to go to the airport on my way to China. I am going to be there for 2 weeks.
There is a 15 hour time difference in time from LA to China, that means that when it is 9pm in LA it is 12 pm the next day in China.
I will be checking my e-mails, voice mail, and returning phone calls during the night time, as soon as I get to the hotel every night.
I will try to keep you posted with my daily adventure.
I have 4 escrows to close this month while I am gone.

-Cris Ave., I have the listing. It is a short sale. We should be closing on Tuesday.-Cris Ave., I also have the buyer. Hopefully we get loan docs Monday.
Property may go tino foreclosure on Wednesday, If I don't close or get to get an extension!

Termite Inspection is ordered. That is what buyer has been waiting for to get the final loan approval.
Via Arias, I have the buyer. We should be getting loan docs and closing escrow next week.
If everything goes well, I will close $1.3 Million this month,
while I am traveling in China.
