Trip to Washington, DC           WENDOLY

Wendoly, my daughter, left to Washington, DC with a group from school today.
I am already missing her.
This is the first time she will be traveling without me, except when she went to Mexico and had visited with my parents.
I am happy for her !!

I was planning to do an open house, but when I arrived at the location, I could not stay,
the place was not attractive at all, so I canceled it.

Although, I would like to express my appreciation and thank the listing agent for the opportunity.
It was not my listing. It was a repo/reo/foreclosed property.
I decided to work from the office instead.

I appreciate the help that I have from my assistants.
One of them helps me with my current transactions. She sends offers and any documentation needed to keep up with the files and daily changes that occur with my transactions. She also helps me train the two newer assistants.
Teresa helped with finding some properties and scheduling showing today at 5:00 p.m. She also put some ads online for the active listings. Adrian helped updating the websites, sites, and online accounts. Because I just moved from First Team Real Estate to Realty One Group, I need to make sure my information is correct.  He did a lot of information updating there.
I did some personal tasks, and I assisted them. That is important! ... Believe me, it is not easy to please me.
I have a buyer who is qualified for a condominium. She wants to buy in Anaheim, so I showed her, 1800 Gramercy,
134 Magnolia, and one in Brookhurst Village. She may put an offer on the Gramercy location.
I worked my real estate business from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
If I want to keep up with the business, I have to work in the business everyday persistently, and constantly.

1800 W. Gramercy # 8; is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath townhome. It is selling for $150,000.

  1. That's a beautiful song, so fitting. Your daughter will surely enjoy DC. It's amazing how you manage to get so much done each day.
